Staying at Kåbdalis Mountain Ski Resort

Available from 15th of October to the 1st of May.

The opportunities to ski and snowboard in Kåbdalis are excellent. In addition, you can hire snowmobiles, go ice fishing and even take a trip out on a dog sled. We have produced a menu of prices so that you can decide what you like to do when you stay at the resort. We will be very happy to provide you with a package price if you prefer, simply let us know how many people will be in your party, how long you would like to stay and what you would like to do when you are here. If there are any events or  activities that you would like to experience that are not listed, just let us know and we will do our very best to organise them to suit your requirements.


Mountain Cottage Apartments 7+1 beds - Price: Swedish Kr 1,500 per night & Kr 4,000 per weekend.
Located just 2 metres from the piste and just 70 metres from the restaurant, these apartments have 7+1 beds and are situated at ground floor level. The apartments are very well appointed with 3 bedrooms and 1 sofabed.  Sauna and toilet & shower, large living room, TV and radio, fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, percolator, pillows and quilts. Bring your own bed linen or you can rent from reception or order when you book. N.B. End of stay clean - If you do not want to clean the cabin yourself, this can be done for you at a cost of 1020kr. Bed linen and towels 225kr per person.

Food, Services & Activities on site.
Breakfast and lunches are always available. Evening meals are Al la carte so prices are dependent on which meals are chosen. Conference room hire 1,300kr per day. There is an excellent restaurant, pub & bar, excellent value Friday Evening Special meal for just 65kr per person every week (fixed menu). Lift passes are available from 250kr per day to 1200kr per week. Children receive a 30% discount on all lift pass prices. 


Snowmobile Hire - Price: Swedish Kr 1,000 per day, Kr 2,000 per weekend , Kr 4,500 per week. (plus 4kr per kilometre).
Cruise over the vast untouched areas surrounding Kåbdalis after some training and instruction on how to drive a snowmobile. If you would like to have a guide with you for the day then please contact us for details. N.B. Helmet hire 105kr. Overalls, boots and hat, 315kr for 1-3 days hire. (EU driving licence from year 2000 or before required). Petrol included. Excess of 7,000kr on insurance.

Dog Sledding - Price: Swedish Kr 600 to Kr 4,400 (depending on tour taken).
Travel across frozen lakes and up over into one of the local forest areas, driving your own husky dog sled or if you prefer, simply riding along as a passenger. 1 hour - 600kr, 3 hours (passenger) 1,200kr, 3 hours (driving) 1,500kr, 3 hours (Northern Lights) 1,200kr, 1 day (passenger)  2,000kr, 1 day (driver) 2,200kr, 3 day (driving) 4,400kr.

Other Activities - Price: Dependent on number in tour group.
We work with local guides and can arrange many different activities. These are an example of those available. If there is anything else you wish to consider please contact us and we will help you to arrange it or locate a provider. We recommend you book these activities in advance to avoid disappointment. and those with an * can only be booked direct with us when you book your accommodation. Ice Fishing, Snowshoe Walking Tour, Cross Country Skiing Tour, *Igloo Building, *Northern Lights Photography Course, *Winter Survival Course and Jokkmokk Winter Market Trips.

         
Prices include: VAT, use of the bar and restaurant, parking, electricity, heating, fully equipped kitchen in each cabin, wood for wood fired stoves.
Prices exclude: Transport to and from Kåbdalis, food, alcoholic beverages, excursions and hire as listed above, room cleaning and bed linen.
