Blåfjell has 55 holiday property plots with a remaining 29 available for sale. The plot sizes vary from 500sqm to 700sqm and permission has been secured for 2 story cabins not exceeding a 120sqm floor plan. The houses are required to be painted in keeping with the area and roofs need to be in black.  Caravans are not allowed on the plots. There is a single fee of 50,000kr payable for water and sewerage facilities to each cabin built and a single fee of 27,000kr payable for those that require electricity connected. 

The plots are situated within a few metres of the ski run and ski lift located at the Kåbdalis Ski Resort and you can literally ski from the plots onto the skiing area.

The skiing and snowboarding facilities in Kåbdalis are excellent and you can also hire snowmobiles, go ice fishing and even take a trip out on a dog sled.
